Return Policy

This Phonetradr Limited Warranty will entitle the Purchaser, at its election, to either:

  1. return the defective Phonetradr Verified Mobile Device in order for the Company to repair the Defect (Repair Option); or
  2. return the defective Phonetradr Verified Mobile Device in order for the Company to replace the defective Phonetradr Verified Mobile Device (Replacement Option); or
  3. return the defective Phonetradr Verified Mobile Device and be provided with a full refund within 30 days of purchase, without any deduction or penalty (Refund Option).
